Warburg Reserve

If you have a spare afternoon, visit the wonderful Warburg Nature Reserve, near Henley. A quiet Chilterns valley down a single track road in the slush. In a gap between clients, I made a short trip there to record what I could – mostly robins, which at last I can identify! The classification part of my brain is very mushy, so most of my bird identification notes read something like ‘large bird, probably brown, tweets a bit’. However, the sound below is most likely a buzzard? The wood floor was covered with a great soft surface of moss and beech nuts.
