Or at least that’s what this nifty calorie calculator tells me. Usually you just get a standard daily calorie requirement, but since I sit on my bum almost all day long and then pound the streets and meadows, I need to be able to say I’ve got a sedentary lifestyle, but I’m also pretty active. Hmm. And now I can!
