I’m going to try and record proceedings, so they can be played back at the METRON show in the afternoon along with the film RUN that’s showing there. So if you’re running on Sunday, you might even hear your own feet. I’m not aiming for a particular time, since I haven’t done any speed work since November last year, but would be happy with a time round 45 minutes. It’s hard to pump your arms and run fast when you’re trying to keep a microphone stable!
